How do I handle "pool hair"? -Before swimming, wet your hair with fresh water and apply a leave-in conditioner to create a barrier against chlorine.

 

Can I brush wet hair? - Only use a wide-tooth comb or a dedicated "wet brush" to avoid stretching and snapping fragile wet strands.

 

 

Patch Test Policy

New to colour at Capillum? To ensure your skin is as happy as your hair, we require a mandatory patch test for all new colour clients at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This quick, simple test helps us identify any potential sensitivities to our professional-grade products.

 

How to Book Your Test

You don’t need a full appointment for a patch test! Simply drop us a message via WhatsApp or give us a call to arrange a 5-minute "pop-in" session.

We cannot proceed with any technical or chemical services without a valid, up-to-date patch test on file.

Health & Allergies: Please inform Monica of any known allergies, scalp sensitivities, or recent medications during your booking, as these can affect how your hair reacts to professional treatments.
